Biography

Cliff has spent his career navigating high-pressure environments, leading teams, and solving complex problems. He served eight years as a U.S. Army Combat Medic, including a deployment to Iraq in support of combat operations. After transitioning out of the military, Cliff spent 12 years working as an electrician, with five of those years leading crews and managing job sites as a foreman. Today, he draws on his unique combination of medical discipline, leadership experience, and trade expertise to lead safely, think on his feet, and keep operations running smoothly.
