Scope of Work
At the Central Ohio Medical Textile Project, Mid-City partnered with Elford Inc. to expand services of the Owner’s space. A 65,000-square-foot laundry facility, COMTEX is a joint venture between OhioHealth and Mount Carmel Health system that provides laundry and linen service to hospitals throughout Ohio. Mid-City’s scope of work included the installation of new area and site lighting, power distribution, and expansion to the fire alarm system for the addition of the existing office and laundry service spaces. By phasing the project, it was completed while remaining in full operation.
