Circle K Distribution Center

Lockbourne, Ohio

2026

325,120 sqft

Scope of Work

This 325,120 square foot industrial distribution center featuring nearly 54,000 square feet of cooler and freezer space came to life through major electrical upgrades designed to power today’s fast moving distribution demands.

Our team delivered significant power distribution improvements, expanded the office area from 5,000 to 15,000 square feet, integrated specialized refrigeration controls, and elevated lighting, fire alarm, and data systems across the entire facility.

Project highlights include a new 3,000 amp service, 23 branch panels and five distribution panels, feeder runs stretching more than 950 feet, infrastructure for 52 charging stations, and electrical connections serving 25 loading docks and eight cooler dock positions. We also installed four industrial high volume fans, completed full facility lighting upgrades, added high speed cooler and freezer door controls, and implemented a glycol floor heating control system to help prevent freezer slab icing.

Bringing this project together required strong coordination across trades, unwavering attention to safety and code compliance, and efficient execution within an active industrial environment.

From installation to troubleshooting, every system was delivered to meet project specifications and electrical code requirements with precision and pride.
