Biography
Anika brings a diverse and well-rounded background to the construction industry. Her career began in support roles with a focus on finance, risk management, and payroll, where she developed a strong foundation in business operations and organizational efficiency. She later transitioned into field coordination and office engineering, where she continued to expand her professional expertise. During this time, she trained in Primavera (P6) to become a skilled scheduler, applying her analytical abilities and hands-on industry experience to drive project success.
Outside of work, Anika enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren, entertaining friends, and exploring new destinations through travel.
