Biography
Ashley grew up in a small town near Philo, Ohio, and began her career in construction a decade ago as an Apprentice Lineman. That early, hands-on experience instilled in her a deep appreciation for hard work, safety, and teamwork—values that continue to guide her in the electrical industry.
She finds great fulfillment in seeing how electrical systems come together and how her work helps power homes, businesses, and entire communities. For Ashley, being part of something that endures and impacts daily life is incredibly rewarding.
Outside of work, Ashley is a proud mother of six—three children of her own and three stepchildren—and shares her home with three Mini Dachshunds and a Cane Corso. Balancing a demanding career with a large family has strengthened her patience, resilience, and determination. Her family and faith remain her greatest motivations, continually inspiring her to grow both personally and professionally.
