Biography
Caleb brings to Mid-City an analytical background and a passion to drive innovation in the vertical construction industry. He began his career in supply chain finance with athletic retailers where he developed expertise in labor productivity analysis, financial forecasting, and operational risk assessment. In 2019, he transitioned into construction finance, where he found a true passion for structuring data in a manner that enables efficient communication cross-functionally while simultaneously protecting the integrity of data shared externally with partners.
Outside of work, Caleb volunteers with local youth and college students, mentoring the next generation of professionals. He loves any time spent with his wife, Ashley, and son, Thatcher. In his free time, Caleb enjoys family board games, running, lawn care, and soccer.
