Grace grew up immersed in the world of construction, thanks to her father, who owned and operated his own construction company. From an early age, she developed a deep appreciation and respect for the industry, learning firsthand the values that drive successful projects. One lesson that was instilled in her from the very beginning was the importance of safety.

For Grace, safety has never been just a checklist—it’s a core value. Raised to understand that every project hinges on the well-being of the people behind it, she adopted a safety-first mindset early in life and has carried it with her throughout her career. She brings a strong commitment to creating and maintaining safe work environments. Her early exposure to the industry has given her not only a wealth of knowledge but also a genuine passion for ensuring that every worker goes home safely at the end of the day.
