Biography

Liangyue is an Instructional Designer with over 15 years of experience crafting impactful learning experiences, primarily within higher education. Joining Mid-City marks an exciting new chapter in her career as she transitions into the dynamic, fast-paced corporate world.

Driven by a deep passion for empowering human performance, Liangyue is responsible for designing and developing effective, learner-centered training programs across Mid-City. She brings a thoughtful, research-informed approach to learning design, ensuring every solution is practical, engaging, and aligned with business goals. Her motto is empowering people through inclusive learning design.

Outside of work, she enjoys preparing delicious meals at home and spending time hiking in the woods. She welcomes you to call her Yue, pronounced like “UA.”
