Biography
Ryan brings a well-rounded and deeply rooted understanding of the construction industry to his role as Executive Vice President. Upon graduation, Ryan began his career as a construction wireman, where he developed a strong foundation through hands-on involvement in a wide range of projects. These early experiences shaped his practical knowledge of field operations and built a lasting appreciation for the craftsmanship and teamwork required in the industry.
Ryan’s career progression reflects both his versatility and commitment to continuous growth. Prior to his current position, he served as Senior Vice President, working extensively in operations and helping to drive organizational performance. Before that, Ryan held the role of Chief Financial Officer, where his comprehensive industry knowledge played a key role in improving company efficiency and solving complex operational and financial challenges.
Earlier in his career, Ryan also contributed in the areas of safety and human resources. These roles further expanded his perspective, allowing him to develop a holistic understanding of workforce development, risk management, and organizational culture—insights that continue to inform his leadership approach today.
Outside of work, Ryan is a huge Buckeye fan and an avid sports enthusiast. He has coached his daughter’s Winnie and Hazel in sports and enjoys playing golf and softball. Ryan and his family are also devoted Disney fans and take every opportunity to travel there together.
