Scope of Work
The Fran Ryan Center, named after a City of Columbus Hall of Fame member, will offer creative programming and wellness activities for the city's older adult community, as well as a park for surrounding residents to enjoy.
The center, located in Olde Town East, is set to be the new home for the Golden Hobby Gift Shop and house programs previously offered at the Martin Janis Community Center.
This project is expected to complete in 2024.
