Scope of Work

Mid-City successfully completed the electrical installation for Canal Winchester's 30,000 sq. ft. new-build library, delivering a comprehensive scope of work to support the facility’s operational needs and architectural vision.

The project included the installation of interior and exterior lighting, fire alarm systems, electrical gear, site lighting, rooftop mechanical equipment connections, and underground electrical infrastructure. Each element was strategically coordinated to ensure seamless integration across all building systems while maintaining efficiency throughout construction.

A key feature of this project was the installation of specialty lighting fixtures, which required a heightened level of precision due to their complexity and unique design specifications. These installations demanded detailed planning, exact alignment, and strict adherence to project specifications to achieve both optimal functionality and the intended architectural aesthetic.
