Scope of Work
This new construction project is a two-story behavioral health facility located in Downtown Columbus. Set to replace the existing facility on Broad Street, construction is slated to be completed by fall 2023. The new facility will include 176 patient rooms with associated staff and patient support areas, a cafeteria, recreation areas, and office space. Upon project completion, Mid-City will complete installations for:
• New and reworked medium voltage service
• 4,700 light fixtures • 383,000 feet of conduit
• 1,681,000 feet of wire
• Over 8,600 devices for power, lighting, fire alarm, and other systems
